Having been involved with Howco since my father started the company in 1969, I can confidently say that
construction management is one of our most beneficial services offered to customers.
Howco offers full-service management services that guide construction projects through every phase from conception to completion, including engineering; architectural; permitting; bidding, vetting, and selection of the client-approved general contractor; reconciling bids; and supervising the entire construction process right up to the certificate of occupancy.
When an investor wants to enter the car wash business and is not familiar with and/or doesn’t have time to oversee the construction process, our crew will team with them to deliver a turnkey experience with the owner’s best interests in mind.
One quite appealing aspect is the flexibility. An owner can bundle their services or choose various components a la carte, with Howco entering the project at any stage.
A typical project starts with a meeting of the car wash owner, Howco, and a Project Manager to discuss the scope of the project and determine on which components the owner needs or desires construction management services. Every project is flexible and customized to the client’s liking.
Our goal for the customer is that utilizing this service pays for itself in savings realized. There are inevitably unforeseen construction delays, change orders, and even material shortages or backlogs that can be very costly and time-consuming. Time is money, and we analyze plans extensively to find these potential issues in advance.
